DEI, Social Impact & Equity Seasonal Assistant
The Cleveland Cavaliers

  • Worked as a project manager for the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 2024 Community Impact Report 

  • Synthesized data, collected market research, and assisted in strategic planning for the Cavaliers Community Foundation 

  • Assisted in DEI strategy for eight ERGs, representing a variety of demographics 

  • Supported, coordinated and executed 5+ DEI theme nights and in-game activations for both the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Monsters

  • Led 10+ 50/50 in-game Cavs fundraising initiatives, raising upwards of $100k in revenue

  • Assisted with the execution of community programs and outreach events in collaboration with community partners and corporate sponsors

Girls Learn International | Chapter Vice President

  • Led meetings and studied policies and current socio-political topics relating to gender and LGBTQIA+ equality  

  • Planned two events and fundraisers for schools around the world to obtain access to sanitary products and technology  

  • Participated in United Nations Commission on the Status of Women; created a presentation on immigration and detention policies affecting women and girls in the US, studied immigration policies that affect pregnant women
